OUR HISTORY
In the market for more than 15 years, Falcon was born because of the growing demand for qualified additives for Brazilian agribusiness. In recent years Falcon has made major investments in lines of laboratory, logistics, technology, and additive application systems, aiming to ensure excellence in the quality of its products.
Side by side with the largest industries, Falcon creates solutions for large companies in Brazil and the world, with proven excellence in the manufacture of additives Antioxidants, Salmonella Eliminators, Antifungals, Preservatives, and Antifoam. Falcon also has a technical department specialized in the personalized formulation of additives, ready for every challenge. Our headquarters are located in Mato Grosso do Sul, and to ensure agile logistics and personalized service, we have strategic units in the south and north of Brazil.
PERFORMANCE
Specialist in the manufacture of additives for the preservation of raw materials and rations for the Rendering and PetFood industries, Falcon has a vast portfolio of additives Antioxidants, Salmonella Eliminators, Antifungals, Preservatives, and Antifoams.
In partnership with universities, it maintains scholarship holders from scientific initiation research to post-doctoral students, continuously investing in scientific development, seeking innovation through new formulations and solutions, besides providing application studies of its products.
Also, Falcon has a Technical Department formed by a multidisciplinary team that provides guidance on the best products, best application location, and dosage volume for each challenge. Currently, analyzes are performed on 95% of the flours and ration dosed with Falcon additives, and these results are monitored by the technical team, to identify any anomalies and needs for improvements, adding yet another form of dosage control, ensuring quality to the final products.
Falcon also offers a Taylor Made option, with the development and production of the customized formulas for each challenge. The provision of Falcon additives is always accompanied by our experience of more than 15 years in the market. The Engineering Department designs, manufactures and installs automated and customized application systems according to the needs of each field.
ENVIRONMENT
Committed to reducing the environmental impact and encouraging sustainability, Falcon maintains constant practices to reduce the negative effects on the environment. Its factory structure was planned with the vision of nature preservation, complying with all the environmental standards in force, in addition to maintaining preservation conduct applied in the execution of the tasks of all company employees.
Falcon also works with specialized companies in technical assistance for the provision of permanent service, guaranteeing total security in all critical points related to the contamination of soil, air, and fountains, working to guarantee the conservation of natural resources.

OUR STRUCTURE
Our headquarters are located in Mato Grosso do Sul and, to ensure agile logistics and personalized service, we have strategic units in the Southern and Northern of Brazil. We are attentive to the norms of good manufacturing practices, food safety, environment, and occupational health, from production to the application of our products. We have a specialized Technical Department to guarantee strict control of our production, with customized solutions for each challenge of our customers, promoting high profitability for the Rendering and Pet Food industries.
Our production system is fully automated and our Good Manufacturing Practices system guarantees total safety at all critical points regarding production quality, traceability, and protection of the environment. Falcon provides the best technical advice for the largest agribusiness groups in Brazil.
